The Hospitality was top-notch, our room was luxurious too. And I must say, the food and drinks were just so delicious, better than our expectations. Compliments to the chef.
Only feedback- We don't think the Macaws play any role in the beauty of the resort. I could feel they were unhappiness and wanted to be cage free. Macaws are big birds, they need huge spaces even if we want to keep them in our property. I understand it must exciting for some people but trust me those poor birds don't deserve this. It was heart breaking.
Other than that, we loved our stay at Saya.

Property is good with all amenities.
Pros:
1. Swimming Pool
2. Indoor games
3. VR (Chargeable)
4. Food taste and hygeine
5. Distance from city
Cons:
1. Rooms as booked not given and was tried to cheat by giving inferior room. Got the right after lot of hassle with the staff and lost 1.5 hours in the process
2. For checkout calls received at least 5 times which was very annoying
3. Food is costly (Suggestion: Better to book meal included plan as Buffet is good)

Not worth the money
Posted 16 Feb 2021 on HotelsIt was a lot of money for nothing. The bathtub did not work properly and we had to change rooms after waiting an hr while they tried to fix it. The private pool was dirty. Mosquitos were in the room. Not worth the money.

It was under construction
Posted 24 Sep 2017I had no internet connection or hot water during my stay. It was a hot day, so water shower was acceptable.
The hotel says that the breakfast starts at 7:30am. It does not mean the breakfast is ready by 7:30am, but they start cooking from 7:30am
