"I didn't have a chance to get in because they weren't ready for me they didn't get the room for me and the ended up getting me a room in a different hotel and I have to pay extra for the taxi to another hotel that they give the taxi driver the address for it and he took us to a hotel was wrong and that hotel ended up giving us a direction to the hotel and I walked about 15 minutes to get there and it was a hotel less value than what I paid for small dirty room I'm glad it was just a one night...

"10 oda tutarak kalabalık bir aileyle gittiğimiz bu tatilde otelin sunduğu imkanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Oteldeki doluluk oranı genelde daha düşük olması nedeniyle az personel bulunmasına rağmen her ihtiyacımıza yetişmeye çalıştılar. Odalar da gayet konforluydu. Her konuda memnun kaldık. Yalnızca otelde şampuan kalmadığı için odalara servis yapamadılar. Kahve ya da suya ulaşmak da biraz zahmetliydi her seferinde resepsiyondaki personele söylüyorduk. Onlar da mutfağa gidip getiriyordu. Daha hızlı...

"I had a very pleasant stay which the staff Mazlum, Yusuf and Berkay helped me a lot. Any issues I had they were quick to fix them, booking taxis, technical issues, orders etc. the hotel is in a quiet location with 5 minute access to places like Vadi Istanbul shopping mall. The apartment rooms are very stylish and spacious with everything you need, I would definitely recommend staying here especially if it will be for a long time "
