The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world. "When i got to the hotel i was given rooms different from what i had booked. However after speaking to the staff and manager they changed my room to the correct room. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be better i feel because they charge for omlettes which i found weird. Ali,Sevcan,Burak at reception were helpful and went out of their way to ensure i was happy. Love the location. The newer rooms are very nice and comfy and up to standard with 4 star hotels. "
