Expedia have it listed as check-in until 11pm but latest check-in is 9:30pm

Hi Collingreat having you stay and for such a special occasion our terms and conditions clearly state 9.30 , we do not know where in Expedia states check in until 11pm? if you could forward a screen shot , we would be gratful.

Posted 27 May 2024 on HotelsWe received a very warm welcome from the friendly staff. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a view of the river. We also enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant. This was a lovely place to stay, in a picturesque position by the River Severn.

Great location and food. Room3 needs bed changing
