About what you would expect for a budget hotel. Easy enough to access. Not walking distance to tourist destinations.
The floor of our room/bathroom had water damage and felt like it may cave in at any moment. Fortunately did not while we were there.
The property is very well lit at night. The curtain barely covers the window, bring an eye mask. It seemed like headlights coming into the room but was just the porch lights.
Overall we had a good stay for our two nights.

The property has been recently partially remodeled but done poorly. The bathtub/shower was old and the tub faucet was quite loose. The bathroom was tiny! The back of the automatic door lock was open with the wires visible (wrapped in electrical tape). The room was billed as non-smoking, but the smell of smoke was quite strong.
