The room is understated elegance and in addition to the espresso setup there is an electric kettle and tea bags so I could relax with a cup of tea in the room. As a tea drinker its a bonus making the stay special.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was attentive, professional & knowledgeable. Thank you for providing an incredible experience for us. We highly recommend L'Ermitage Beverly Hills!

Great location close to everything and yet not in a very busy spot. Staff was fantastic. Overall great place to stay.

hallways seemed to be being repainted or something so felt a little disjointed for a luxury experience

Nice location and clean and conveient but more of a 4 star than 5 star hotel. Limited dining options. Rooftop was closed. Restaurant felt more like a cafeteria. Staff was a bit "woody". Parking awful and they charge an egregious $70 for parking when you can park for $20 around the corner. Concierge has 2 dedicated desks but a bit disjointed and does not answer when called. Complimentary driver/car to Beverly Hills shopping is a nice touch.

The best best stay. Staff over the top nice and friendly. Location close to everything but quiet and tucked away. Gorgeous lobby and restaurant. We must return when the pool construction is finished to see it, I’m sure it’s also 10/10.
