Amazing front desk staff. Rooms are clean ! Carpet is very dirty for a 4star hotel!
Pool area needs a facelift.

Great hotel. Quiet in the room. Comfy bed and pillows. Eduardo and concierge were great. Across from Beverly centre, 1km walk to Toast breakfast cafe, 1.7km to the Grove shopping, Trader Joes and whole foods. CVS across the road plus more shopping. $1.75 55min bus ride to Venice beach or Santa Monica pier. Great great place!

Alex and Jennifer were the most pleasant and helpful. I cannot rave more about how they treated me. Definitely recommend for anyone, especially the VIP guests! I feel completely at home and they’re always a call away! 10/10 for sure! Thank you so much!
