"No air-conditioning and hot weather made the heat in the apartment unbearable. It fluctuated between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius according to the thermostat (even with two fans running), but it felt hotter. The room was dusty and could have been cleaner. The spiral staircase to the loft was extremely steep and flimsy. One of the steps was broken and a heavier person could easily fall through. I pointed this out but it was never fixed during our stay. "I stayed in the old hotel many years ago and it was fine, the new building is fantastic, very clean and well laid out. The restaurant did a good selection and quality of food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very good. Comfortable beds but ideally mattress toppers that don't move would be better. The rooms we had were well equipped with everything we needed and more, such as hair dryer, coffee machine and small chiller fridge. Overall as a family we were very happy with the stay and...
