The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was good and restaurant staff was so wonderful. We will be back to see our son and will stay here.

The room and common areas are very clean and neat. The breakfast was great and service was friendly and attentive.

I had requested adjoining rooms and we were on completely different floors upon arrival. The trash in the lobby was overflowing at 5pm when we checked in and at 8:30 am the next morning it was still overflowing. When I made the reservations, they were for four(4) people, but there were only 3 bath towels and two wash rags in the room. The hot tub water was opaque and green. We will not stay here again.

I called before checkin and the agent that answered the call home was amazing. We drove all night and she said it was ready. When we showed up, gave my name, and she remembered me and was so helpful
