Comfortable Stay
Posted 7 Jul 2024 on HotelsRoom was comfortable but despite us arriving during the course of the afternoon, our booked room was given to other VIP guests and a single bed was shoved into a double bedroom which made our stay rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice.

Not true, for more than one reason...Our policy does not distinguish between VIP or not - frankly, every guest we treat as a VIP, no distinction whatsoever is made. We do not shove single beds into a double room. All our rooms sleep 2 people - at times people request a family room for a third person, in which case we prepare a family room on the same high standard.Once a booking is confirmed, it remains booked - we do not give rooms away.Usually when the booker is male and we notice that a room with a bath has been booked, we call to confirm if that is OK, or would they rather prefer a shower.This review is not truthful - if you wish to publish it, please make sure you publish our response.
