I always enjoy the spaciousness and practical layout of the Embassy Suites .. this location was surrounded by the splendor of the fall leaves and excellent breakfast and egg station

Front desk and breakfast and dining staff were cordial. Facilities are very good.
Parking ramp is very steep and barriers very high making tires and front hit ramp.
Park car was damaged by another vehicle but there were no security cameras to document what happened.

The hotel, rooms, ambiance & amenities were very nice. That said, the check-in staff person bordered on arrogant and was unwilling to see if our room could be available one hour earlier than "official" check-in time. We had been on the road a long time & were exhausted, and would have appreciated that one accommodation. The one other surprise was being charged $20 @ night to park! Not only ridiculously expensive, but also not advised beforehand (which may be an Expedia flaw or the Hotel's poor communication in advance. The facility itself was lovely and the breakfast was excellent.
