"This hotel was an incredible property in such a cool area of London. It is a 4 min walk to Borough Market, Tate Modern, the Thames river walk, and Tube station, and had plenty of markets and local restaurants to choose from. The management at the property were very helpful and attentive to our needs, and were able to receive and hold packages that were delivered until we arrived back for the day. Would highly recommend this property for your next visit! "

"Room was nice and all the facilities. Shower door went inward soaking it in water, shower leaked water to the outside. BIG ISSUE WAS I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL PURELY FOR ROOM THAT WAS PICTURED and got a very different room. NOT IMP"

"We have always liked staying in this location because of the ease of getting into central London and the nearby dining and beverage options. Staff has always been good but on my last couple of stays have been superb. There seems to have been some really good new hires and I thank them for their hospitality. "

"A good location not far from a few tube stations. Nice area too I felt quite safe coming back late at night. Downside of it being a nice area is they seem to road sweep every morning quite early on! It was a bit noisy but nothing too crazy. "

"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"I loved the layout of the property and the convenience of the location. The food at the hotel was actually really good. However, there was always trash left outside our room by housekeeping. There was probably one time we came out and there wasn’t something outside of our room. "
