This is a great hotel. Very upscale incredible breakfast buffet incredible amenities gym hot tub boxing rooms steam rooms etc. Conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hard to find people that speak English fluently apparently in all of Istanbul but even at this hotel. Also prepare to be at the center of international men's hair transplants in Istanbul. As you will see bandaged men walking throughout the lobby and at breakfast sometimes with a little blood oozing out of the bandages. Bandaged men at the hotel city streets museums and airports. Get used to it.

Great place to stay. Everyone was polite and friendly, Cansu went above and beyond to ensure everything was great.

Terrible! We gave this hotel a chance not once but 4 times this year just because the location is great for our trips to Istanbul and the price is better than the hotels nearby. First of all, the front desk staff were always so nice and they always tried to help us due to the problems we were having each time we stayed. And, I did not want to write a comment so far as I did not want anyone to loose their jobs but this hotel needs serious consideration about their cleaning services. The uncleanness of the room we stayed at this last time after a 16 hour flight was unacceptable. There were blood stains and crumbs on the bed sheet at the first room they gave us. When we told them about it they gave us a new room. It looked like one of their biggest rooms in the hotel which we appreciated. But, the room was full of old furnitures, towel with stains on them (4 out of 6 towels to be exact) and dust everywhere like nobody stayed in that room or cleaned for a long time. There were dark spots on the toilet that came off when wiped off which means it was not cleaned properly. Every time we stayed at this hotel, we had dirty and old towels which made us call the reception and ask for a new one. And lastly, for some reason, 3 out of the 4 different floors we stayed at, the floors were all tilted which makes you feel unsafe at a city like Istanbul where big earthquakes happen We are never staying at this hotel again unless they update their rooms and their cleaning service
