Great place to stay. Everyone was polite and friendly, Cansu went above and beyond to ensure everything was great.

Terrible! We gave this hotel a chance not once but 4 times this year just because the location is great for our trips to Istanbul and the price is better than the hotels nearby. First of all, the front desk staff were always so nice and they always tried to help us due to the problems we were having each time we stayed. And, I did not want to write a comment so far as I did not want anyone to loose their jobs but this hotel needs serious consideration about their cleaning services. The uncleanness of the room we stayed at this last time after a 16 hour flight was unacceptable. There were blood stains and crumbs on the bed sheet at the first room they gave us. When we told them about it they gave us a new room. It looked like one of their biggest rooms in the hotel which we appreciated. But, the room was full of old furnitures, towel with stains on them (4 out of 6 towels to be exact) and dust everywhere like nobody stayed in that room or cleaned for a long time. There were dark spots on the toilet that came off when wiped off which means it was not cleaned properly. Every time we stayed at this hotel, we had dirty and old towels which made us call the reception and ask for a new one. And lastly, for some reason, 3 out of the 4 different floors we stayed at, the floors were all tilted which makes you feel unsafe at a city like Istanbul where big earthquakes happen We are never staying at this hotel again unless they update their rooms and their cleaning service

We stayed multiple times on that property. We always happy with stay. The property is well maintained. Staff is very kind, helpful and follow up daily for any feedback. The location is excellent to access to restaurants, shopping centers and touristic areas. Check-in and check-out processes are quick. There are attached coffee shop, valet parking, seating area with bar and restaurant which they were very convenient when needed. We would strongly recommend the hotel.
