"There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's good for a family. It's clear and its space is enough for 4 persons. The bad equiments is the TV controler, it's difficult to use and we couldn't watch TV. "

"I would not recommend this property for booking. I had back ache from sleeping on the bed. I would not even bother calling it bed, it felt like sleeping on the ground. There were no plates provided, no proper utensils available and NO microwave. For the cost, this place was pathetic. The owners did not even give correct or proper communication regarding the cost to parking. We were charged different pricing all the time. "It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. "

"Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again."

Cozy retreat.

"M boutique hotel never disappoints. This is my 4th time here. The bed is super comfortable and you can get a good night's sleep. There are coffee/tea making facilities , a fridge,safe, bathrobes etc The bathroom is tastefully decorated with sufficient toiletries. One concern is the chandelier above the bed🙃"

"Reception Staff generally satisfactory but unable to improve room condition except for a Chinese man on 10 Sept night shift. Wifi was terribly poor at room area and frustrating Spoilt Room shower head was not attended by anyone except 11 Sept night receptionist. No disposable or any sandal was provided by hotel. Bfast was satisfactory."
