"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. "Great location, friendly staff. Decent room, bathroom was really big. Well eqipped kitchette. The road its on was fairly busy during our stay so if your a light sleeper id suggest asking for a room that doesn’t face the road. Our aircon didnt seem to work that well , the room was fairly got most of the time despite setting the thermosat to a low temp,as we visited in winter this wasnt a huge issue though and we didnt report it."
