I booked this hotel because they state they have available parking. They don't!!! "Available parking" is a street parking which one must search in streets around the hotel. After a long working day, I spent half an hour looking for an available parking space and, after I didn't find it, I had to park in a garage 1km away and carry my baggage to the hotel. I wanted to cancel the hotel, but they did not accept cancelation. This is completely unacceptable, and I will make a complaint about it on expedia!

We liked the location of the hotel. it was easy to walk to transportation and to different parts of the city. We had a room under the eaves that had skylights for light and ventilation. Really appreciated the fresh air they brought to the room. We could have used better lighting in the room for evening.
