"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."

"The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well.
