Very nice property with friendly staff. Room has small amount of water damage from shower overflowing.
Not their fault, but there is currently noisy construction right outside the room windows.

What at gem in the heart of Bern! Perfect location that makes it possible to walk to all the main attractions and great restaurants. Staff is super helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend!

Very central in the city and easy walking to major attractions. Room is spacious with rich decorative details. The hot drying rack in the bathroom is super convenient if you want to dry your swimming suits. The spa facility is a real plus to the stay for families who want to relax. Breakfast is superb as well in the famous restaurant with so much history there.

Hotel is good , good location as far as walking distance to old town etc . But it is located in busy street , and there were homeless nearby . Unfortunately during check in , we didn’t get a room we booked , which is suit with kitchen and lunch table for 4 , they put us in junior suit , same size , but rate down and no kitchen. That was a surprise…..But anyway …

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience with the room category. As you were travelling as a family of four, it would have been quite tight in the Living Studio. For more comfort, we allocated you a Boutique Junior Suite with Sofa bed for your children. I am very sorry that this was not communicated properly to you upon check-in and wish to assure you that we have taken the appropriate measures to ensure against a repeat of the same on going forward.I do hope, it will not prevent you from coming back to us and that we will have the chance to serve you better on your next visit to Bern.
