Great location but a very plain room. Breakfast was meager; the only eggs were hard-boiled and it seemed they kept running out of certain items like the mixed fruit.

The property is very well located and you can walk to all attractions in Bern.

Great location and kind staff. The only negative was the EDM blasting from Friday night until 3 am Saturday. In contrast, Sunday night was VERY quiet and serene!

It is right in the center of action. We found parking 5 minutes away. The manager/owner was really nice talking to us.

We enjoyed our stay however no air conditioning which made it difficult to rest well at night. Excellent location.

Hot in summer
Posted 26 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis hotel is in a great neighborhood. So easy to walk around town and get to the train station. It was clean and they are eco friendly. My only complaint was it was so hot and they don’t have air conditioning. They provide small cooler that just made it muggy. I’m sure it’s great if it’s not the middle of summer. I would stay again any other months.

We loved the location of this property right in the middle of the Old Town (Altstadt).
The young girl at reception was very friendly and helpful as was the young girl at breakfast. Loved that beakfast was included and it was delicious.
