Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us.

A great alternative in Bern
Posted 6 Jun 2024 on HotelsVery comfortable and welcoming place to stay, close to the city with excellent local cafes. The hotel has a lot of additional facilities - kitchenette in the room, nice coffee and tea in the library, laundry facilities. Best of all are the cheerful, helpful and efficient team on the front desk.

A wonderful, friendly group at the Alpenblick -Bern hotel! Also reallly enjoyed our meal at restaurant Darling next door. Superb!
