The property is really nice. Our biggest problem was that our room was at the end of the hall and threw a doorway where our room and two others were located. All overhead lights in that hallway were out. We asked the first night that at least one of them be replaced because it was so dark. It never happened. It would get worse later in the evening as they would cycle more and more lights off in the hallway. Also no conditioner or lotion products left in the room and no washcloths, so just be aware you may need to bring your own.

Staff very Nice. I only have issue with room temperature as it was not warm.

Hotel is in a good location with plenty of transport options to other parts of the city, very easy to get from the airport.
Hotel is clean and well maintained with excellent dining options (albeit quite expensive)
Rooms are fairly large and have all the amenities that you would expect, very clean and modern.
Throughout my stay I had two ongoing issues, the room was so warm that the window required to be open, the issue here is that there are trains that run all through the night so sleeping was extremely difficult. I would stay here again but would ask for a road facing room(which might help with the train noise)

The beds where very comfortable, big and chic Rooftop Bar and entry. Right in front of the Velodrome and Public transport.

Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Berlin was a fantastic hotel with a great choice of amenities As it's placed a bit further out from central Berlin travelling out was always required to go anywhere, but this isn't an issue as the hotel is situated right next to the tram stop and there is also a U-Bahn station nearby. The spa and fitness room in the hotel was a great addition and there was a great bar with city-wide views on the 14th floor. The continental breakfast buffet had ample variety.

Very nice facilities. Very modern. (Be ready for nude, co-ed saunas!) Only negative: concierge neglected to follow through on our wake up call.

Not a 4 star hotel in my view, as the room experience was poor with freaky shower, no English TV, one complimentary bottle of water for 10 days, and towels that had seen better days

The TV didn't connect to any English language channels and in a 10 day stay, i received one complimentary bottle of water, which is not how a supposedly 4 star hotel should treat its guests

Very large hotel in spreadout area with broad streets, not particularly walkable, but great S-Bahn and streetcar connections right outside to get around easily (get a multi-day pass!). Hotel should create a smoking area that is not right in front of the main entrance, so one has to walk around people and through a wall of smoke. Odd choice. Nice lobby and bar, good staff. My floor had an odd issue with multiple electronic door locks not working all of a sudden, so I had to call security to get into room: a big hassle for 2 days as they assessed, but then they finally gave me a new room once they realized it wasn't a quick fix.
