This is the second time we have stayed at the Westin Grand, and it did not disappoint. Its convenient location to so many of Berlin’s major attractions, makes it a perfect hotel. The history of the hotel, added another dimension to our stay in Berlin. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful, including reception, housekeeping and hospitality. The rooms were large, bright and well appointed. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at the Weston Grande. Highly recommend.

Good hotel in a good location. U-bahn station right outside. Room is always hot. Thermostat does not work. Towels are thin and rough on the skin. Shower stall not fully enclosed. I had a deeply disappointing experience with the management regarding the 50 EUR security deposit charged to my credit card. This amount was supposed to be refunded, but months later, it remains unreturned. Attempts to resolve the issue have been frustratingly unproductive, as the team refuses to engage properly with my credit card dispute claims team. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable for a brand of this stature. I expected professionalism and prompt resolution, but instead, I’ve been left chasing my own money. I won’t be staying here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

Excellent hotel but the dinning room staff are very racist and impolite. They treated me like garbage. But the reception employees are wonderful. The hotel and the room were excellent. Just be careful with your dinning staff and try to train them better.
