Our experience was amazing. We had two rooms one for our teenage boys and one for us. The staff was overly accommodating as they gave us two rooms next to each other. The property is well maintained, centrally located, and within walking distance to the Brandenburg gate.

Great location on Potsdamer Platz. Very easy to get to and from and the hotel and staff are lovely. Would recommend!

The staff were wonderful but it was very average. Not what you expect from the Ritz.

The doorman greets you saying “welcome home,” and it is so true. Warm, wonderful people; beautiful, clean rooms; cozy comfortable bed; delicious, delectable food and drink. Perfect place to visit for the Berlin Marathon or any excuse.

Great service
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsMy stay was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was great and even got my laundry cleaned and dropped back to my room same day. Which I appreciated as I checked out the following day.

The property is under staffed in the evenings. We arrived after 11 pm the day we checked in as we had traveled all day from another country. There was only one person at the front desk and no door men to help with luggage. Other than that it was very good
