I liked the Lobby but my room was very cold even . Also bath wash container was empty and I had to asked many times for face rags
We finally got 2 the day before checking out.

Good lactation for what I needed. Good value money-wise. Met two staff members, one was good the other wasn’t. The room was clean and had everything I needed but the bed wasn’t really comfortable, but I know that’s subjective.
One thing that wasn’t great was they didn’t respond to a message I’d spent, via Expedia, weeks before my stay which wasn’t helpful.
Overall though, good value for what it is.

The front lady was a bit rude. The access was not that good. Need to take the bus all the time.

Extra fees!!!
We were charged 200 pounds extra for deposit when we checked in even all hotel fees have been paid online prior to our visit. We are not aware of this extra payment before our arrival.
There is a city tax we need to pay when we checked out, about 5 pounds per night...

Ideal location for business close to the Tiergarten. Staff was very able and pleasant. The facility is well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the restaurant.
