The hotel was great, and I’d love to stay there again next time. It has a nice spa and bar, and the price is very reasonable for this type of hotel. There were only minor drawbacks: there was no hairdryer in the room, but we asked at reception, and they brought one to us. In some areas, the cleanliness could have been better (details like cobwebs on the wall).

Hotel was great, very well apportioned rooms and great location for Zoogarten. Would definitely recommend. Staff couldn’t do enough.

Great hotel, good location and a good breakfast selection. Friendly staff and a lovely lobby area. The only downside for us was the bathroom as there is a see through glass wall which divides the room and bathroom instead of it being the usual solid wall which can be awkward depending on who you are sharing the room with as you can see into the bedroom or into the bathroom depending on which side you're on.

Everything was perfect, the only fault was a clean glass that had lipstick stains on it
