Smell of smoking

Fridge is not working. There is no Air condition, when you open window is very noisy, very close to street. Hotel 3 stars maximum. Staff very helpfull. Expensive car park 25€/d.

Great location, clean hotel.
Posted 15 Nov 2022 on HotelsGreat central location for the first time exploring Berlin. Everything was very clean and seemed newly updated. The staff was super helpful. We opted against the breakfast buffet since it seemed a little pricy but we did go one time for it paying separately and it had a great variety of breakfast options.

I loved my stay here. They gave me a room facing the park. The big windows open out so that would be quite nice in the summers. They also gave me a room earlier than their checkin time.
The one thing that I was wondering about was why they had to charge me €2 to use the sauna when I thought it was free to use for guests.

Disappointing hotel best avoided
Posted 2 Dec 2019 on HotelsTired and disappointing room in a very average hotel. Even the service was poor. There are definitely much better options for the money. All in all not a good choice at all.
