This was a wonderful hotel in a convenient area where you could see the best of Berlin. It was very clean and had excellent facilities, and the staff made sure that our stay was first-class.

Room outdated. Not impressed by decoration in room. Paper toilet like cleaning with a rough newspaper. Bed and pillows superior. Breakfast also superior. Large and comfortable room. Good location with excellent local restaurants walking distance. The check in was very impersonal and never acknowledge upgrade opportunity.
