Nice and close to Alexanderplatz station, Hop on hop off buses, and easy to walk to the famous sights of Berlin. Its worth paying the extra for a view as you can relax in the evenings just watching the world go by. Breakfast was great, good range of hot and cold food and drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Park Inn hotel - other countries which I have stayed were good. But not in Berlin. I could not recommend Park Inn hotel Berlin to Entrepreneurs (which’s come for Meetings or Conferences). Facilities are really poor, especially the reception guy was very rude and he even could not find our réservation, as he doesn’t know his duty very well. And we could not even used the toilet in our room, as it was sink with water and paper. So have never seen such a hotel like Park Inn Berlin. Also, the breakfast hall’s smell was super bad. Overall, I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. Choose another hotel.

Good breakfast. Rooms very basic and supplies like coffee not replaced during stay. TV didn't work (was fixed). Hotel was too hot, especially in room.

Best location for all the sights. Breakfast was worth tje extra spend. So quiet. Staff helpful. Room layout was exceptional, loads of storage.
