We put our passports and other important documents in safe and the day of departure it wouldnt open even though we had opened it multiple times . and since theres no reception desk we had to make calls and am hour later someone came and openrd it but now it delayed out departure..also they ac unit in the room to make it cool also made it hot since the hose thats suppose to blow hot air out of the room kept it in..then the elevator was stuck on the 5th floor for a day luckily we were on the second floor couldnt imagine trying to lug full suitcases and bags down from the 5th floor

The building/room aircon wasn’t working so you had to use portable units in each room.

The apartment was clean, modern and well-designed, and we had a lovely spacious balcony. It had everything we needed for a week's stay (the ironing board and iron are located in a shared laundry room, and there are recycling facilities in the basement). The aparthotel is in an area full of lovely cafes and restaurants, which was very convenient. The sound insulation was great; we didn't have any issues with noise, either from the street or other apartments. The team are very responsive via WhatsApp, and having a key code rather than a physical key or card to access the building and the apartment was convenient. We would be back in a shot!
