During our stay, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every team member we interacted with was not only helpful but also genuinely friendly, which contributed to making our experience seamless and enjoyable. We can’t wait to return and experience it all over again. The beds were comfortable, the room was cleaned as requested, and overall bright and spacious. The hotel's location is also a significant advantage. The S-Bahn line 3 is conveniently located just across the street, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there’s a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, offering further convenience for transportation. The location (Tiergarten ) enhanced our overall experience and made getting around a breeze.

We loved our stay at the Novotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to public transportation. We also loved how close it was to Tiergarten park.

The hotel overall wasn’t too bad, but I’ve tried to used the sauna and steam room a couple of morning and at 10.30 both facility were still cold and mog turned on. TV is only in German and no option to buy or rent a movie in English.

Great service and quiet central location.
Very comfortable and excellent service in all respects. Good location near the Tiergarten park and next to the U-Bahn station. Great base for business and touring with good car parking. I will return.
