I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and had a good meal in the hotel restaurant on one evening. The hotel was a bit dated and on one day both lifts were not working which could have been a big problem.

Hotel was excellent but it’s just a shame they take €100 euro for any potential expenses on the day you arrive but can’t refund it immediately on the day you leave. Was told it would take 5-7 working days. Next time I’ll be asking if they take cash and they can return the cash to me when I leave.

Great hotel. Attentive staff, good breakfast, elevators and stairs sufficient for number of guests, clean comfy room, close to subway station. TV could be updated to allow streaming from phone, WiFi could be more secure.

Good for the price, excellent breakfast was included. Location nice but limited fine dining in area.

Loved the room. Great buffet breakfast. Station 2mins away. Some attractions nearby and I found all the central attractions walkable, though using the trains meant I could cram more in. If both the lifts were working I'd have probably given the hotel 5 stars.

Not too far of a walk to the places we wanted to go. Very close to the subway, which was awesome. Has a restaurant and bar on site. Used the gym a couple of times and tried to use the sauna, but the last person left the door open so it wasn't up to temp and i didnt have enough time to wait. Overall happy with the stay and could see myself staying here again.

Free breakfast for guests, convenient public transportation. Had great time in Berlin and running marathon.
