The Monbijou is always my first choice for Berlin. The only reason I did not give it five stars on property condition was because my bathroom sink leaked significantly when I arrived and took a day to fix. Housekeeping should have caught it (water was running straight down the pipe onto the floor). Housekeeping also left some strange metal part in the shower -- I never did learn what that was all about.

Very friendly, well run „family feel“ hitel in a great spot to explore Berlin: right next door to transit, cafés, restaurants, a park - and rather quiet too. Super helpful staff - I‘m telling all my friends :)
