Checked in for 1 hour and had to book a hotel else where, lock did not work and front entrance all smashed up

Helpful staff in the evening. He let me park my e-bike in the courtyard and loaned me a phone cable. I can recommend it as a base in West Berlin.

Great there is 24h checkin, nice staff, comfortable room and great washing room.

Paid full through Expedia for 2 rooms 2 nights. The hotel automatically down graded from Junior Suite to double twin cheapest rate rooms, without issuing credit, refused to provide recept upon checking out in person as I asked for it with my dispute purpose comparing to original booking through Expedia.
Plus, listing "parking included" IS NOTcorrect. Guests have to find any available street side parking, not provide from the hotel. It seems that the hotel never own any parking spot.

We would like to apologize for this. We have canceled the surcharge for the room category you used and informed Expedia that you will receive 50.00 back per room. We are happy to ask Expedia whether the credit has already been processed.It is true that we do not have our own parking space. We offer free public parking spaces in the surrounding streets. These are within walking distance.We wish you all the best.

Area not to look safe at night and also saud parking including but no you have park on rd at your own risk
