This is a lovely, quiet hotel, that is located close to a train station to get into the centre of Berlin.

Disgusting
Posted 20 Jul 2024 on HotelsHad to wait 2 hours to check in as I booked a family room and they said they don’t have family rooms. When we finally checked in and went to the room the single bed was pretty much a matresss on the floor, my duvet had a dry bright red blood stain. I called reception to raise the issue and for someone to change it, the response was that I should come down and change it myself. I explained I will not be doing that after waiting so long to check in to then get this dirty disgusting room, the receptionist then hung up on me. Took 20 mins to come and came with a bedsheet rather than a duvet.

Berlin for a few days
