Reception staff were very good, room/bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, only problem was the breakfast room wasn’t open on the 1st morning and we had to go to the sister hotel for breakfast (only at the end of the block but had to go back to room for our coats as it was raining(. The hotel bar and restaurant never opened on the 3 nights we were there. Having said that we would stay again as convenient for the central rail station.

We loved the convenience to the Bahnof and the close proximity to some of the amazing historical sites. Great Bar and Restaurant too!

Property is perfect minus the front desk acting like it’s an inconvenience every time you ask something. I also don’t understand how they don’t have rooms with 2 beds but when I book it says sleeps 3. How??? Otherwise the place is clean and convenient to train station and very safe.

Our flights were delayed by 13 hours. When we knew our reservation would be in trouble, we contacted the property. Our room was ready even though we arrived after midnight. The staff was superb and was waiting for us! The room was clean and had cool extras like a smart elevator that read our key card and took us to the proper floor. There was a high tech coffee machine with real glass cups. The bathroom was outfitted with everything you could want. No detail was missed. My only regret is that we had such a short time there. The hotel is right across the street from the Hauptbahnhof. I finally have a favorite hotel in Berlin!
