Really nice staff, we wanted some boiling water to make a cup of tea as no kettle in the rooms and the nice lady gave us two flasks and filled them for us to use. The room was basic but the bed was comfy, could do with an extra pillow as very low, if you skip room cleaning you get a bottle of water and feel like you are helping etc, I’d stay here again, we were moved to this hotel from the Berlin gates branch due to operational issues so the free breakfast wasn’t showing but the staff sorted it out.

Loved the location. Quick walk to the U2 subway line. Wide variety of great restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Rooms have a physical key on a large keychain but leaving it at the front desk as we went out was not an issue. Room was dated, but the bathroom looked newly renovated.

Great location for Berlin Marathon

Overall stay was good. Locations and neighborhood are wonderful. Easy access to S Line that allowed us to be in Mitte within 15 min ride.
I wish it was bit cleaner.

My sister and my mom stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and they don't have any complaints. They really love the location, size of the room and cleanliness of the hotel.

Large, clean room and friendly staff. U bahn station 5 minutes walk away. Tiergarten, zoo and ku'damm easily walkable. Street is generally quiet but can be noisy in the morning with deliveries.
