Very welcoming multilingual staff at the check-in desk and a good buffet breakfast. Only downside is their rooms’ a/c system needs an upgrade.

Quiet and very clean. The canal runs behind the property. Very pretty.

We enjoyed to stay at this hotel . Clean, quiet and beautiful hotel . Management and housekeeping services amazing . We had trouble to find our item and Hotel Staffs ( housekeeper team ) were so helpful to find . Highly Recommended. You Can experience the real German life style. Thanks a lot !

Great once we moved from the fourth floor, the air con vibration was as like being next to a slow nightclub . Massive issue, don’t accept a room on the fourth floor.

It would have been nice to have bath items such as shampoo and lotion. They only had a large bottle of all-purpose soap for body and hair. Did not have wash cloths. Breakfast buffet seemed expensive at 20 E. Overall, a nice hotel
