The rooms and the elevators are very small. Two of the front desk staffers are extremely rude. I asked for his name and he said he not going to tell me. Jessica is another rude front desk receptionist. They had a fire alarm that went off for more than 30 minutes straight, without giving us a heads up. I jumped out of my bed and reached for my passport and hit my head almost knocking me unconscious, due to how frightened I was at the thought of a fire. Once I got out in the hallway to proceed down the stairs, I overheard another disgruntled hotel guests saying, but you should have given us a heads up so that we would know it was only a test and not an actual fire. No iron to iron clothes, no phones in room and the A/C didn’t work. Very very rude front desk staffers, but they were two exceptions They need to be train

Very comfortable and clean! There's a great art supplies shop nearby and lots of restaurant choices 5/10 minute walk away. Otherwise not a lot to do (surrounded by car dealerships) but it was a 20 minute walk to the Berlin University of Arts campuses and the area around there is great - lots of food options around! Convenient buses too, if you don't want to walk.
I enjoyed my stay!
