Quick, courteous check in
A minor issue with our room was dealt with instantly and satisfactorily. Great room - comfortable and large - with a lovely bathroom.
Breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Pool and sauna suite were top class.
Loved the location, Potsdamer Platz, with most things walkable. Quite a costly hotel but I recommend it.

The Grand Hyatt Berlin is an excellent hotel in a great location. Room was lovely, breakfast buffet was exceptional. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, concierge in particular was helpful and front desk was super. Small quibbles: No hot tub (a luke warm tub was provided); I rented a bike that broke thru no fault of my own, and they didn't refund the rental (I didn't ask).

We stayed 2 nights on early October 2024, it is located near tiergarden, the breakfast was excellent, very nice staffs, good choices of fruits, salmon etc
