Very good place to stay when you have travel through the Berlin Airport

No proper place to hang clothes
Tiny room with beds crammed in.
Extractor fan not working in the bathroom
Iron not working in the room.Had to iron my clothes in the hotel lobby.
Constant flies in the room
Ridiculous parking rules where you have to pay each time you enter and leave when the website
Front house personnel rude and generally unhelpful.
Generally won’t be visiting this hotel again.
We had an unpleasant stay.

The hotel and room are modern and well preserved, with a comfy bed and pillow. It has everything you need for a quick stay. There is not much happening in the area, just a couple of restaurants and that's it, so it can be kind of lonely and restricted. There weren't many options on UberEats as well, so if yo do not have a car the location may not be ideal.

This is NOT at the airport. It is off sight and requires transit. Taxi is approximately 20 euro. Once there it is very isolated.

The hotel was clean and fairly close to the airport with a shuttle that runs to take you there in the early morning. It does not shuttle from the airport to the hotel when you arrive though. You must catch the metro bus for that. The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. Everything was perfect!
