Exceeded expectations by a mile

Our stay wasn’t perfect, but most of the things were much better than the pictures and the price suggested. What wasn’t perfect: some noises coming from the AC system at night, the pillows weren’t great and the sink was a little bit clogged, but no deal breaker, specially because the accommodations themselves were so much better than expected. Perks: the free coffee at the lobby was amazing.

Adina Hackescher Markt in Berlin is simply a fantastic hotel! It’s my go-to place whenever I’m in Berlin, and it never disappoints. The staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen and a balcony, and the location is perfect. I absolutely love staying here – it truly feels like my second home! 😊

Wunderbare Lage

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage. Direkt am S-Bhf Hackescher Markt. Rund um das Hotel gibts Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie einige Restaurants und Bars. Wer nicht groß oder günstig frühstücken möchte, findet geleich um die Ecke eine Bäckerei. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da unser Zimmer bei der Anreise (vor 15:00 Uhr) noch nicht fertig war und wir es eilig hatten und uns noch umziehen mussten, wurde uns der Schlüssel für den Spa-Bereich gegeben und wir konnten uns dort umziehen. Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Great comfy and friendly hotel in a great location

This hotel was very friendly, the staff were very happy to help and were a great assistance to us after we had to make sudden travel changes. The room was exactly what we had hoped for. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had and I had to check my partners suitcase before leaving for pillows as she enjoyed them that much. We didn't eat there. Location was perfect, train station was next to hotel, 5 minute walk and you on museum island. We will be staying again

Kein 4-Sterne-Niveau, nachlässig gepflegt, unzulängliche Ausstattung des Appartements, das heißt, keine Ersatzmüllbeutel, keine Mülltrennung, stumpfe Messer, billige Plastik-Haushaltsgeräte, verbeulte Töpfe, die nicht auf dem Herd aufstehen und in denen nicht gekocht werden kann, defekte Vorhänge, defekte Drehrosette Badewanne, undichtes Abflussrohr unter dem Bad-Waschbecken, kein Handfeger, kein Staubsauger, verdrecktes Bügeleisen und besonders unangenehm: Über die Lüftungsanlage im Schlafzimmer kamen wiederholt strenge Küchengerüche in den Raum. Die Unterkunft liegt günstig, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger in unmittelbarer Nähe, allerdings verursacht die nahe S-Bahn rund um die Uhr Lärm.
