Staff were very helpful and obtaining tickets for me for a great show falling in love. Nobody should miss it also directing me on which trains to take, etc..

excellent service and they showed us early checkin. AC a little weak. otherwise all good.

The only thing I didn’t like is they provide a coffee machine but they don’t provide any coffee or sugar or tea and water at all. Only one time went we arrived with the gate one group.

All was good except for the room which is stuffy and warm….. no AC 😫
