I am still waiting for correspondence from the hotel. We arrived earlier than when the check in opened, tried contacting via the number given with no joy. The kind gentleman next door in the farm shop allowed us to use his toilet as we had travelled from Belguim and the building was locked and access was via an access code on the keypad which we had not been given. I have messaged through Expedia numerous times with no response and we ended up sleeping in our car in the hotel car park as they never responded to us. Absolutely disgusting to still not have had a response from anyone and am waiting for confirmation of a refund! No apology or anything. Very disappointed as we had walked nearly 2 miles from Kamen station to our car, only to have nowhere to sleep. Hopefully on reading this somebody will actually respond to my messages.

Friendly staff that allowed late check in after 10pm. Clean and modern interior with a good standard.

Gutes Hotel, einfach aber praktisch. Personal erfüllt gerne Extrawünsche und ist sehr bemüht, dass der Kunde zufrieden ist. Gerne wieder.
