The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet
The food was amazing however not much option for young kids.
Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written.
The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful.
I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English I had to guess my way through the holiday.
I asked on the Thursday to have a late check out Saturday and advised it wasn’t a problem and would cost me €29. I was told to come back on the Friday to arrange . When I did this on the Friday I was told it was not possible. Checking out at 9am and not leaving the hotel until 3pm with no facilities to use or a place to leave my bags I found very aggravating!!
I was told when I checked in that a deposit of €100 was due and that they needed my
Bank card to use the details but no money would be taken off. I found out the next day that €200!!! Was taken off my card. When I checked out I had to pay my bar bill and I asked for it to be taken from my deposit but they said no. I had to pay for this and then They said my deposit would be put back on my card!! 7 days later after checking out. I still have not been refunded the €200. The hotel and Expedia both said 4 days ago that it had been done; then it was being done today and then nothin

The stay at the hotel was very good including all the staff, we were a group of 20. The food was delicious and the rooms were good. We left with a bitter teaser from the hotel because of the unpleasant attitude we received from the staff manager at the spa. We all felt that she was not nice and did not want to give us a service. that is not expected in a 4 star hotel.

Low cost club
Posted 27 Mar 2018 on HotelsVery poor hotel. The room is very small, old and requires a renovation, there was mold in the tiny bathroom and an unpleasant smell.
We got one bottle of shampoo and one piece of soap for the whole week.
The beds are not comfy at all and the doors of the closet keep closing all the time.
The walls are paper thin - you can hear everything from the adjacent room and from the hall.
During all meals, there was food missing - the staff can't keep up with the pace and amount of guests.
Especially during the breakfast - You always need to wait to get eggs and pancakes.
Also, the food quality was generally poor.
The staff barely speaks english, making it hard to communicate with them.
The hotel condition is bad - not renovated, halls with bad smell, slow elevators.
Only 2 good points: the location - close to the lifts and the slopes and the small spa.

Ideal hotel for school parties
Posted 18 Jan 2018 on HotelsWell meaning staff. Ski out possible. Good ski shop. Hotel is ideal for schools / youth groups. Plentiful food but not gourmet food by any stretch of the imagination. Wine very much "on tap" if that is your sort of thing. Don't think I will return unless desperate....

Le personnel est très accueillant

Le club mmv est excellent en terme d’accueil, service, personnel très gentil et serviable
Seule bémol les chambres un peu petites.
