The hot breakfast was always cold - and left too long under lamps

Very nice and close to the ward.One of the lifts was out so it was a long way to reach one. Great staff and newly renovated rooms!

It was accessible by walking to all the tourist destinations, but it was confusing between "apartments" and "hotel rooms"

I cannot recommend this property enough. Its location is perfect for a stay in Bergen. Close to the famous wooden buildings, funicular to Mount Floyen, bus sation and tram and main shopping centre. The room was basic but very clean and serviced everyday. I didnt have a view but thay didnt bother me. It could benefit from more hanging storage but again i managed. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus.
The breakfast was one of the best, so much choice of hot and cold options.
When i arrived I was I in a state because my case hadn't arrived at the airport and I had limited money. The staff were amazing and really helpful when i was in a desperate situation.
