Hotel Kaufmannshof er et at vores favorithoteller på Rügen. Det ligger lige i centrum af Bergen auf Rügen, med egen P-plads i gården. Hotellet er lidt gammeldags indrettet - men på den gode og charmerende måde. Pænt, rent, stille, en god nats søvn, god restaurant til aftensmad med rimelige priser, enkel men meget lækker morgenbuffet. Vi har overnattet her flere gange, og vi kommer helt sikkert igen

Sehr schönes gemütliches Hotel, übersichtlich, sauber, individuell. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Zimmer geräumig. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Ein rundum schöner , entspannter Aufenthalt. Vermisst hab ich nur den Schminkspiegel.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. In the centre of Bergen where not a lot is going on and they tend to shut up shop quite early (bar shut at 9.30pm on a Saturday

Hotel okay, leider mit Abzügen

Leider gibt es im Hotel keinen Aufzug. Das Zimmer (in der 2.Etage) war schön, aber leider eiskalt. Wenn man weiß, welches Zimmer ein Gast bekommt, könnte man doch wenigstens vorher die Heizung anstellen. Da hapert es am Service. Das Bett an sich war okay, der Lärm von vorbeifahrenden Autos auf Kopfsteinpflaster war weniger schön. Aus diesem Grund und auch w/fehlendem Aufzug würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen. Auch auf meine Bitte ein dringendes Dokument auszudrucken, konnte nicht nachgekommen werden. Nur der Chef könnte das und der war nicht vor Ort. Dafür entschädigte das Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und die Bedienung super freundlich.

Ikke verdig til være et Romantisk hotell, og vi har hvert på mange fantastiske hoteller i denne kjeden, dessverre dette var ikke verdig og langt fra til prisen. Internett var ubrukelig fikk ikke kommunisert fra hotellet. På denne turen med bruk av Hotels.com sine tjenester 7 netter opplevde vi Hotels.com hadde betydelig høyere pris enn hva hotellet opplyste på 2 av hotellene, selv med prisgaranti.

Kurzreise

Beim Hotel handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Es gibt eine Menge Personal, allerdings ist es trotz allem nicht leicht, jemanden an der Rezeption zu finden, der kompetent ist. Meistems vertröstet die Person auf jemand anders (Chef), auf den man dann aber 15 Minuten warten muss. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, aber man vermisst bei manchen Speisen ein Schild, das anzeigt, um welchen Salat oder welche Marmelade es sich handelt. Montags hat das Restaurant Ruhetag, so dass man abends dort nicht essen kann. Das hat die Dame am Empfang vergessen zu erwähnen. Leider ist auch das WiFi instabil.

Godkänt för standarden på rummet, men inte något över sig. Lite dåligt städat, spindelväv lite överallt. Sängarna inte bekväma med en stor glipa mellan dom. Mycket god och riklig frukost Vänlig och serviceinriktad personal.

Albergo importante al centro dell'isola di Rügen, utile quindi per ogni tipo di esplorazione. Camera ottima, letto comodo, colazione completa. Purtroppo Internet nella nostra camera non arrivava e il personale non ci ha aiutato per niente. Ne risente il rapporto qualità prezzo

Bra läge och rent men lovar för mycket

Det ena rummet saknade kylskåp.Det andra rummet låg mot en mycket trafikerad gata.Någon information om wifi fick vi aldrig och jag hittade inget nätverk som stämde in. Annars rymliga rum i bra läge rent och snyggt. Ett stort minus för dubbelsängen som var två enkelbäddar.
