Beautiful property, beautiful room, well appointed. Breakfast not included in room rate. Arranged to have breakfast on departure day and the staff was not aware. This created some awkwardness with staff. So we found a great place for breakfast, 2 minute walk from the guesthouse. Super friendly & reasonably priced… Akaysa Park Coffee & Kitchen

One door slide missing in the shower and a leak in the shower head so we get a flood …
Internet connection very bad…
Breakfast 10€… expensive for the area…
The staff doesn’t want that you bring food and beverages so you buy it with them…
The room is very spacious and in good shape.

Lovely breakfast, very spacious area with a kitchen, very close to cable car to Acropolis.
Breakfast in the courtyard is lovely too

Nice little hotel with a wonderful intimate garden. The rooms were clean and air conditioning was recently installed. Certainly one of the best hotel in the area. Parking can be a challenge for bigger véhicules as the hotel is located in the old town. Location is perfect, walking distance to the cable car and to the Red Hall. Very affordable, which is welcomed in a country struggling with inflation. The pool was not available during my visit, one of the few downside.
