The toilet was complete brown on the inside. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The shower was broken, had to hold the shower head. Water temperature was fixed. Unable to adjust. Rooms were old and run down.

We actually had to leave after staying one night due to flies in the room. Their solution was leaving a dangerous electric fly swatted out where my 5 year old could get it. I’m disappointed because the surroundings were truly lovely. What a disappointment. Also, Expedia had this under properties with air conditioning (one of the reasons we booked it). Don’t be fooled—no air!

Bit inconsistent with condition but decent
Posted 15 May 2024 on HotelsVery friendly pleasant staff gave a good welcome, my only moan would be getting the furthest room away with was quite a challenge through corridors and a broken life, the building seemed to get dayed and less maintained the further away from a lovely reception area

Relaxing place to go sight seeing.

Very nice location within all the trees. Hotel lobby and dining area very nice.
However the room was small with only a single bed and it also smelt like cigarette smoke. The mattress may have done it’s time as well…very soft and sags in the middle.
Great parking. Good breakfast.
If I was to come back, I’d definitely go for a double room (or however they term it) to get at least a double bed.

The hotel was wonderful, we got upgraded to a better room. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious.
