On arrival, there was a loud & large group of people dominating pool and spa area, blaring music right next to the "no music please" sign. Hot tub & local birds playing around pool in the morning was lovely, however. Signs in unit insisting we place plates in non-existent dishwasher amusing. Beach was great.

There was a slight drainage smell in toilet but the apartment was very nice and spacious for the 3 of us.

What happened:
1.Dirty kettle--Spent black tea and in which cockroach pupa were found (if someone wants see I have photo). Eventually brand new kettle was provided after the complaint to reception.
2.Unwashed bath tub --- the tub it self and and peripheral tiles were found not cleaned. Bath grime all about the tub and several hairs were here and there in the bath area. Apparently uncleaned.
3.At the checking in, the receptionist did not confirmed about payment. Even I had the cash to provide the payment, as she did not ask about the payment, I judged that payment should be settled at the checking out considering additional cost might happen. But at the checking out, I was told that the payment had been already settled using the info provided to Expedia for the security reason. I protested and after argument the receptionist agreed to put the things back to initial settlement.
4.Noisy: The sounds from other rooms plus road vehicles, the room could not be said as comfortable about the quietness,
5.Parking---Parking area was shared by WPC person's Mitsubishi which parked very close to our parking space. I had to park my vehicle over carefully for both side -- Mitsubishi or building.

Be careful!!!! Hotel itself is great nice location facilities and staff. Problem is after the first night we awoke to find some locals had climbed on to the second story balcony while we were asleep. They broke in through sliding door stole our belongings and then proceeded to steal our brand new car. We weren’t the only ones two cars were taken that night and three had been stolen in past two weeks prior.
